My "must have Mac apps"

I got a larger drive for my MBP a few weeks ago and just this weekend got it installed and fully operational. I was ready for a clean install since my MBP is 3 years old and has been migrated from Tiger to Leopard to Snow Leopard. So I set about reinstalling my apps/plugins and the following made it into my Application folder, in addition to the iLife and iWork apps.
